paternity tests

I know who my child's father is (we planned her) but he's denied her to people since we've split up. can i get a dna test at the hospital to prove to everyone he's her father?

DHS will do a test but hospitals don't like to do them. You 3 go in, they swab your mouths and you have results in 5-7 business days. My bf had to get one with this girl BC she said he was the dad but I just had a feeling he wasn't. We met when she wasaalready pregnant and I knew a lot about her. But turns out he wasn't the dad.but yes dhs will do one and its not too expensive typically

There are DNA kits that you can buy at Walgreens drug store.  Some other stores that might carry them are Walmart,  cvs,  target.  I think it just requires a swab sample from child and father.  You then send the kit to the lab addressed in the package.  I'm not exactly sure on the cost of the kit and the lab,  but I believe in total it's somewhere around $150.

Sorry if I misunderstood your question...if he is willing to submit his dna and you are just looking for a place to get the testing done i would search internet for places that specialize in this because hospital if they are doing it at all would be more expensive

You can't get it done without his dna to compare it to......you are going to have to file a paternity law suit

I don't see why not. I'd just call ahead and ask. Find out what it'll cost too because I doubt insurance will cover it.
