planning a family day out at the zoo...

Okay so this is our first baby and hubby n me are.just crazy in love w our bby and we wanna go out as a family and have a good time. so im planning a day at the zoo...my baby is 2 months old is it fine to take him out to the zoo. we also wanna buy a baby carrier u know those slings or whatever they r called to put them in n walk around hands free. Can you please give me ur opinons abt my day out? Is it a good idea to go to the zoo

Sounds like fun!  Depending on the weather of course! A carrier is the way to go too!  Makes life so much easier.  I have several carriers and actually got the Moby wrap after my forth baby, what a life saver! Makes baby feel snug and happy and I get my arms back!  Have a great time!

Ditto.. Here in fl ot would be miserable. My 3 yr old keeps azking to go to the zoo bit i keep telling him when baby comes we.can all go together because im due at end of oct. Just too hottttt here for the zoo. Other than that sounds like fun

I wouldn't think there would be anything wrong with going to the zoo depends I guess on how hott it is outside cuz I know in az it get sooooooooooo hot and I don't think I'd bring mine out. But its up to u mama :)
