please !help!!

Sooo I smoked weed off and on like maybe 3 times a month n I just stopped in January, I'm due April 7. I've been drinking nothing but water, and occassionaly grape juice.... Will my baby test positive for drugs??? :"(

I would go with her ^^^^^ answer. YES there isa good chance your newborn baby will come up POSITIVE FOR DRUGS.

With my first I showed up positive when they drug tested me at my obygyn then when my baby was coming it showed up in the baby and cps was involved . But not for long because its just weed.. they focus more on seriouse cases then weed... Cause its weed... There more worried about abused kids with no parents no food no love no house things that they should be focused on than somebody smoking weed .. no harm will be done to the baby its weed not crack or alcohol... when I stoped with my first I was 6 months pregnant and it still came up in baby not myself.

So...my comment will probably cause a LOT of angry people, but whatever... First... It only takes a month for you to get weed out of your system, so you're solid on that... Second, America is one of the only nations that thinks marijuana is harmful an unborn baby... In Jamaica, they actually tell you its good for baby's appetite and growth patterns after the child is born... America lumped its studies together with tobacco, heroin and cocain... So rightfully, there are no real American studies on the issue... And then third... (I didnt because smoking makes me feel hella too weird lol) most women I know smoked weed a LOT more than you have, and their children are beautiful, intelligent, healthy children

It's probably not the best choice but I smoked quite a bit before I knew I was pregnant.  You're are making a positive choice by stopping so just focus on that.  Don't beat yourself up. Good luck

As long as u have stopped ur baby won't test positive it takes 30_60 days to clear both of ur systems.... n just saying to the ones that r saying negative things there is no studies done that say weed is bad for u or ur unborn child! Just sayin!

I dont mean to be rude but Id be more worried about the effect your smoking drugs had on your unborn child than whether theyd test positive?
