I agree with Christine. I spotted and bled throughout my pregnancy. Many women do and it can be mistaken for a period. I am not so convinced it was a chemical pregnancy (a very early miscarriage) as typically it is much heavier and often longer then a regular period. However, anything is certainly possible. As she said, an ultrasound will tell you for certain. Either way, congrats on your pregnancy and wishing you a healthy and happy 9 months!
You should see your OB. He or she can perform an ultrasound and determine how far along you are :)
