I guess you are right buckycpa, and i am also same like you generally  i ovulate 21 to 26 days, but i was thinking right now that after my period last month i start going to gym maybe because of that the cycle of my period change, because even that i am delayed i didn't feel any unusual, so what do u think? So what do u think?

Are you saying you are late because you are past 28 days or do you know for sure when you ovulated?  I ask because white discharge could be cervical fluid released around the time of ovulation.  Dr's assume everyone ovulated on day 14 thus creating a 28 day cycle.  But, I generally ovulate between day 21 and 26 which makes for 40 day cycles for me.  You could be and late ovulate too.  Or if you were sick or otherwise stressed your body could have delayed ovulation.

If you got a negative blood test and urine test most likely not pregnant. Some women won't test positive until months into pregnancy though. If you don't get your period in the next week or two and you're concerned you're pregnant request an ultrasound. Missed period doesn't always indicate pregnancy, it is just many women's first symptom.
