pregnant at 40

Ok so now I that I know the numbers on the forum represents age and not weeks of pregnancy..lol..I had two miscarriages last year and got pregnant on my 40th bday...happy 40th to me! We had been trying but not this last time because of the miscarriages.. Anyway, I've had an ultrasound..everything is good..felt baby move since 13 weeks pregnant..I'm still nervous about having a miscarriage.. I know I shouldn't worry..has anyone my age feel baby move and still have a miscarriage?

Let yourself be happy! I too miscarried last May. Now I'm 26 weeks along with twin boys. I'm 35 and had quite a few complications already. But I have faith my babies will make it!

cried because its so real now!  I'm getting very excited versus not wanting to get my hopes up..I talk to the baby every night..my twins and I even made a baby change fund jar to save up money..lol..

I'm 38 and 13 weeks pregnant I had a miscarriage last year at 7 weeks and I worry too...but we have to try to stay positive :) had my ultrasound and baby looks good...just wish the doctors would let me enjoy it instead of constantly talking about tests and down syndrome etc...just because of my age...my translucency came back normal but they are still worried..I wish they could be positive instead of making me worry...its making me hate my appointments

13 weeks is past the immediate danger zone at our age. I'm 46 and 30 weeks.  Stress is your biggest enemy at this point so try not to worry about stuff like this and relax a lot.
