I am 40 weeks and 3 days my due date was september17th and she hasn't came out so how can i make her come out

With my first I went 40 wk 6 days. I just starting cleaning & lots of walking!! Good luck

Also try nipple stimulation. Sadly, none of these will work until baby n your body are ready. It's frustrating I know. I went 40+5 before I got to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Always worth a shot though!

Have sex with your partner it helps with labor. Bounce on the exercise ball. Some women have gone into labor by riding on a lawn mower, walk alot. I hope this helps.
