prenatal vitamins
Does anyone have a recommendation for the best prenatal vitamins? My health insurance didn't kick in for another two months so it will have to be over the counter.
I've been taking Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System since a month before getting pregnant & I'm currently 31 weeks. I really really like these prenatals. All natural from plant based foods & super foods. Never once have I been sick from these prenatals. I 100% recommend them! :)
i take blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding. i found this a really good one asyou can take it whilst ttc, during and after pregnancy which was a good thing for me as i felt whilst breastfeeding i needed extra nutrients as the baby was taking all my goodness!
