I just bought the One A Day Prenatal & Prenatal w/DHA. Not sure about them yet because I haven't taken any yet. The main con I read was you get fish burps.

The ada recommended dose for pregnant women is 600mg. There is no need to try to aim for the highest as long as you are meeting that threshold. It is a water soluable vitamin amd you will only pee out any excess anyway.

These have iron, calcium and dha.  But it only has 800mg of folic acid.   I will call Dr Monday and see if they recommend something different just to be on the safe side.  Thank you everyone.

I took them with my first & they were good.  This time I'm taking a brand from Walmart that's only about $4 a bottle.
