nose bleeds ??
Never had a nose bleed befour lastnight was the first time . & its been happening all day . I dont know what to do stop it , I dont like putting my head back cause all the blood goes to my mouth & I HATE the taste of blood?
I've had a few during my pregnancy mostly at night it could be the cold air depending on where you are lol but your body is pumping more blood now which causes nose bleeds in some cases.
Nose bleeds are completely normal. But don't put your head back. You don't want to swallow the blood cause it'll upset your stomach. Just pinch your nose while it is in a neutral position or tilted forward slightly.
