Shrinking Baby Bump @ 14 wks

I'm 14 week and my baby bump seems to be strinking.  2 days it was a little more pronounced, no I can almost bearly notice it.  I know I'm still early, but has this happened to anyone too?

My symptoms just started to wane to the point I almost don't feel pregnant, with exception of a few pains in my uterous.

Help please, my next ultrasound isn't for another 2 weeks.

I am feeling the same way. I am just shy of 14 weeks and don't 'feel' pregnant. I lost most of my symptoms and don't feel as 'big' as I did a couple of weeks ago. I also have to wait 2 weeks (until the 15th) to go back to the doctor. It is such a relief that others feel the same way and I am not crazy!

Thanks for your comment.  It so good to know we don't have to go through this alone.  Thanks again for your support.

Hello luv, just wanted to let you know that I'm in a similar situation at 15 weeks. My acupuncturist's receptionist even commented on it when I went in yesterday. She looked at my belly and said "You don't look as big this week!"
I wasn't really concerned, but I did go home and listen to his little heart beating with my handy rented doppler. ;) Seems like it's normal... I hope the next two weeks go by quickly for you!

Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!.

Words can't express how happy to hear that this has happened to others, and that I have a good chance of my baby being okay.  I'm almost in tears from relief.  After of 16yrs of trying to concieve I would be at lost if something were to happen now.

This forum is amazing!!!!

Helen said exactly what I thought.  In early pregnancy we have so much bloating and gas...all those hormonal changes.  It starts to be taken over by baby and placenta later on.  No need to worry, I am sure all is fine!!  Congrats on your pregnancy!

I had the same happen to me around 14 weeks.  Your bump at this point is more due to gas than baby.  Only after about 20 weeks your bump is expanding due to baby growing.  As for prego symptoms, they tend to ease around 14 weeks or 2nd trimester which is why people call it a honeymoon trimester.
Good luck on your u/s!
