rib and back pain

I am 35+6 and my ribs and back are hurting so bad I'm in tears. I know if I go to ob they will tell me there's nothing they can do and send me home. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and one 6 weeks before that. I have a chiropractic appt tomorrow morning but I need relief now any suggestions?

I've had 2 prenatal massages since the last accident and usually end up sore the next day or two. I tried a hot shower cuz I can't get down in the tub... Nothing is helping. Now I'm at hospital with my teenage daughter and have to sit in these crappy chairs

Yes... take a bath. If you have access to a pool, then that would be ideal. During my previous pregnancies,  that was always the only relief I could get.
If you can afford it, prenatal massage is very helpful but for now a bath should help.
