Pineapple won't do anything.. however I guess it is worth a try. I have ate at least 1 pineapple a week since they day I found out I was pregnant (craving) and I'm still very much pregnant! The only proven thing is sex (sperm) softens your cervix and nipple stimulation. The goal behind hot food and pineapple juice is to spark an upset stomach causing you to need to have a loose bowl movement with can sometimes spark contractions! Hence why ppl use Castro oil.
