sinus drip

I have had the most annoying nasal sinus drip for 3 weeks now! I tried the salt water drops, the netti pot but nothing works! I wish i can just blow it all out but it just drips from jy sinus, straight down my throat.. (sorry if its tmi) Any suggestions??
