I'm 37 weeks and my baby is weighing 7lb 7oz.. I'm having alot of pressure aswell but it is bareable to a certain point, I does sound like your baby could be lying on a nerve.

Akpanudo1992 your pain sounds like it could be nerve pain...baby may be laying on or near the siatic nerve. From having back issues and nerve pain I know it's painful and not much you can do when it's inflamed or irritated. And we can really only take some tylenol. You can try some ice on the back and leg, that may help to calm the nerve a bit

It's just normal ligament pain. You're body is preparing for labor.

I agree with ireloc. That belt will help you a lot. I use one and it works.

Baby is putting a lot of pressure on your muscles and ligaments.  Walmart sells a special maternity/belly support belt. I would try that.
