Is it bad to eat spicy food while pregnant?

It's not true about red spots.  It might give you heartburn, but you won't know until you try. I used to eat spicy food all the time before I got preggo, but I just can't deal with the heartburn now.

I been worried about that. My sis keeps telling me to stop cause she says babies come out with red spots on theire body. I wonder if it's true.

I'm a Paki gal and I eat spicy food everyday. Yes, its perfectly fine and I dont even get heartburn because I'm so used to it I guess

It's absolutely fine! It does nothing except cause heartburn

My doctor said its fine, also I ve known mothers that have ate spicy food and their babies came out healthy
