stomach cramps 27 weeks pregnant

Should I b concerned I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I've just had sharp cramping pains still got them a bit wot u think it is

In this pregnancy & past ones I get severe round ligament pain. It feels like some1 is stabbing my stomach it's so painful. What helped me was if I was going to cough/sneeze/laugh I have to lean forward and brace my stomach, almost try to suck it in like Ur belly is hugging around the baby. I have to roll completely to my side then back out of my bed feet 1st (it looks pretty silly) or it pulls & it's painful. Also try a maternity belt. This pregnancy I started getting sharp pains different fr round ligament pain. Talked to my dr he said drink more water, I did & now I don't have the pain anymore. Good luck.

I'm also experiencing for the first time sharp pelvic pains and baby is moving a lot...I hope this is ok and I do have gas idk of its bc o had terrible pizza this evening for dinner ...

"Sharp" pains sound like maybe trapped gas or round ligament pain.
