dialating ??

can you dilate with out losing your mucus plug????

Yes if you having difficulties in walking that means you are dilating. I didnt loose my mucus till I was in labour. And I was 5 cm dilated when I went hospital. So it really not necessary you loose your mucus plug.

With my last 2 pregnancies, I was never able to discern that I lost my mucous plug.
