Need Help to Turn a Transverse Baby

Hi. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and just found out that my baby is transverse (aka. Lieing sideways). Are there any exercises that can help her turn head down? If so, please let me know your stories and experiences. Thanks in advance!!

I'm 29 + 4 weeks. My baby was transverse for her ultrasound. She likes to rotate all the time. Earlier today she was breech-lightening crotch twice, no Bueno. You have plenty of time for him/her to turn.

My last baby turned at 37 weeks. Let nature take its course I'm sure bub will turn then you'll feel like you are carrying a bowling ball in your vagina!! :-)

I'd look into "spinning" babies. Even if she turns herself... the knowlege gained is so helpful.

You have lots of time for baby to turn on their own.
