all of a sudden i cant seem to control the movement of my mouth when i talk i feel it moving to the side or when i drink as well but its mot constant is this normal?
Please go see a doctor immediately (get someone to take you, don't drive yourself).
I don't mean to scare you, but this is totally not normal. It could mean you are having a stroke or a TIA and needs to be checked out.
