Try staying away from acidic foods/drinks, and eating/drinking foods with higher alkaline properties. Also, limit caffeine, get lots of sleep, and take your vitamins. Praying won't hurt, either! :) God is in control! Everything in its time....
I used fertili-tea for a couple months along with tracking my cycle. There are some other herbal supplements that I've seen recommended if you want to stick to natural stuff. Otherwise there are medications that you can be given by the doctor.
