Hey Ladies I have some very enlightening  news!!!   I stumbled on this video on You tube the other day and it really gave me lots of hope!!!  I'm sure it also can shed a light at the end of a tunnel for a lot of you.  Type in (older mothers: How to get pregnant over 40) and watch this video it will blow you away!  Boy I thought that I was physically too told to have any luck getting pregnant naturally, which is what I've been trying to do.  Turns out that I'm really a spring CHICKEN! compared to these over women in the UK I believe their child bearing age is alot older than here.  By the looks of these videos  I think it's over 50 ! Also if you go on www.naturalfertilityect.com That site will give you some MORE HOPE!  they also have other links and videos having to do with later in life pregnancies and how to conceive without any drugs or any medical help at all!  Let me know if this site helps you as it has giving me renewed hope and optimism!!!   your friend Alba

What a great video! I don't know why natural fertility protocols are generally overlooked in the U.S. -- I'm guessing maybe the perception is that the natural approach takes longer, but I did not find this to be the case after my m/c, nor has it been the case for a lot of women I know who are in their late 30s and above. The protocol I followed was identical to what she recommends, except that the cleanse I did was step 1, not step 3.
