Tired n blocked up

Hi I am 26 having my first baby and I'm only in my 2nd trimester n was wondering if n e one else had hard poop problem I tried stool softners and meta mucel n I still have hard time n marbles...

Watermelon!! Has fiber and lots of water works everytime plus its yummy!! I make watermelon water in the blender and keep it in the fridge have one bottle a day haven't had any constipation since I started doing that and before I was really suffering with it ,

I had that problem if you tell your health care provider they might be able to do something also in my experience not alot of people know how to actually poop they force it to come out when you have to poop your body will naturally push it out its a bit more time consuming but alot more comfortable especially when you are pregnant

100% white grape juice (4-6oz) and raisin bran daily helped me become regular again. It's what the doctor prescribed lol
