I don't think you were ever pregnant.

If i am doing the math correctly.... 4 days after you had sex you started bleeding which came 4 days before AF was due? This means that you had sex about 8 days before AF was due? If this is correct then I would say that you aren't pregnant. You have to have sex before you O and if you O'd that late in your cycle then that would mean your luteal phase is only 8 days. A LP less than 11 days is too short to sustain a pregnancy. Without charting your BBT the only way to get an idea of when you are about to O is to use ovulation predictor kits. When the stick is positive then you should O in 24-36 hours. It is during this time that you should BD. The average woman O's 12-18 days before her next period (averaging 14 days). If you have 28 day cycles then you will want to start taking the OPK on day 10 and take one every day until you get a + then BD for 4-5 days in a row starting with the + test day. If you don't want to deal with OPK's then BD every other day starting with CD10 and don't stop. Good luck.
