whats going on???

I was feeling very sick,nausea,vomitting,ect.My boyfriend suggested I go to the health dept. to find out what was going on with me,and on top of that I was late with my menstual.I thought I was going through the change,but was told I was 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant.The problem is I should be 10 wks,and 1 day,but when I had an ultra sound Sunday,because of complications,all was seen was a gestational sac and yolk sac, and no fetal pole or trace of heart beat or flutter with the baby.My HCG level was at 3788.00.The gestational sac was measured at 1.5cm.They also reported there was no evidence of fetal viability.It was also reported there appeared to be some "products" of conception.I really dont know what to think of this.Am I pregnant or not?At 10 weeks there should be some signs of a fetus.What is my body going through?There was also a 9mm cyst found on my left ovary.I have been bleeding,and I had some cramping.I need to know whats going on.

I am so sorry, but it does sound like a miscarriage.  Make sure you seek medical treatment, but nothing wrong with a second opinion as the others said.  Take care.

I agree. They Dr.'s told my sister in law she had gall stones and wanted to remove her gall bladder and she was actullay pregnant with her second son. Get a Second Opinion!

Oh I'm sorry to hear this yes a 10 weeks they should see a baby and a heart beat no problem.....so it sounds like you are having Miscarriage.....but you should get another opinion
