Pregnant or Not

I'm posting because I'm a little nervous.  I'm 38 years old and had a tubal ligation with clamps 11 years ago.  I've always been fairly regular at 26 to 28 days.  The last AF I had was on October 11th. I spotted for a few days starting on October 21 but just very little.

According to the DR office they indicated that I should have started on November 7th, which I didn't.  Now I'm nervous that I may be pregnant.  I realize the chances are small but they can happen.

I have had heartburn, cramping yesterday feeling like I was actually having my AF, tired, annoying headaches, I've gained a little bit of weight without changing my eating habits, I was dizzy yesterday, and my .  My breast are not tender but I don't remember them being tender for my first two.   I took a urine test but it came back negative.  I do have a doctors appointment today to find out what's going on but I'm very nervous.

I just nervous passing the time until this afternoon.  I would gladly welcome another child.
