Hi, there are a few on the Infertility forum that have a very high FSH that know a fair bit on this topic. You may want to post over there? My level is 11 and I'm 34, so I tend to keep an eye out on these posts. A RE can attempt to decrease the level by a couple of meds, ( Prometrium?? ) and the birth control pill is another option, however I don't know much more...Sarah
I have heard that doing accupuncture and herbs and diet change can definitely lower your FSH. Look at the book Fertility Wisdom by Angela Wu. I went to her for 2 treatments since I have had 2 back to back miscarriages, but she was too expensive for me. Her diet changes are strict: no caffeine, alcohol or sugar, but she has had great success in helping women(especially older) have babies.

One thing I've learned from having a relatively low FSH score (10) for my very advanced age (45) is that doctors are less concerned about your FSH score, which indicates how many eggs are left, than your age, which determines the eggs' quality. How old are you? Have you seen a Reproductive Endocrinologist?
