3rd child

I'm 37 years old and expecting my 3rd child. My oldest is 18, my youngest is 8. I am about 4 weeks along and have been feeling like I have no energy and a little sick, and was wondering what I can do to get myself feeling peppy again. I've been taking prenatal vitamins since I found out.

I'm 34 weeks and on my 10th. It's normal to be tired in the beginning and at the end. I'll be 38 this month and my oldest is 20 and my youngest is 4. It's hard to rest when you have other children but you need to as much as you can. Congratulations to you.

Thanks. Pharmacy told me to drink ginger ale and eat saltine crackers. I need something because I work 3rd shift and I need to stay well. It's rough especially being a single mom.
