Anything to help extend short luteal phase other than B-Complex?

Just wondering if any of you ladies have any other ideas on how I can try to extend my luteal phase other than B-complex.  My af is due on 1st May so this cycle my luteal phase will only be 9 days.  My next consultant appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for late July which is an age away and I want to be able to do all I can to help us ttc as I'm not going to be getting any medical help until October at the earliest.  Thanks.

Here in the States, progesterone suppos are prescribed by a doctor (Prometrium is the brand I was taking, supposed to be fairly natural).

You can also try Flaxseed vitamins. I started them three days after ovulating and I would continue them until AF or better BFP!

On CD 1- ovulation I would take Evening Primrose Oil
On CD14-28 I would take Flaxseed and use a OTC Progesterone Cream (FemGest)

This worked for me! But I was also on Clomid!

Can you buy those over the counter or are they prescribed?  I'm in the uk and not sure how to hold of them will be doing some more online research to see how to get hold of them I think.  Thanks for the advice would never have heard of that!

Have you tried taking progesterone suppos? Whenever I took it right after after ovulation, it always pushed back my periods by 2 days, making in effect my luteal phase 2 days longer than normal.
