Can a woman be pregnant with twins by two different Fathers?

I realize this sounds really weird, It's just a friend asked me tonight if I knew whether or not a woman has ever gotten pregnant by two different partners and have twins, one from one father and one from the other.

Thanks So much, I'm sure this may take some research on your part to even know if it's possible.

Well the first time it happened was with Eve whom before she came upon the serpent was a virgin. In Genesis 3:13 She said "The serpent beguiled me..."  According to the Hebrew Concordances beguiled mean "holy suduction"  and later she laid with Adam.  Can you guess which of the twins was the seed of satan?  Cain or Abel.

very possible. when i got pregnant with my twins at the first ultrasound they measured 5 days apart. as in 5 weeks 1 day and 5 weeks 6 days, the doctor told me that it could have been the case where i released an egg and he fertilized it, then released another and he fertilized it during another ocassion a couple days later.

we don't know that that happened at all. the doctor just presented it as one reason why the babies were almost a week apart in size so early on.

Possible and has happened.  Saw a story about a woman who had twins, the husband fathered one and the boyfriend fathered the other one.

If there has been a release of two eggs and the woman has had  'unprotected' coitus with two men within the past 24hours that her eggs were released then....yeah that's possible. That's not good.

I would say it is possible if they are fraternal twins.  If you release two eggs and there are two different mens sperm waiting in there, then it is completely possible the eggs can be fertilized with different sperm. Identical twins could not on the other hand because they are only fertilized once.
