Can't stop bleeding?!

I found out over a week ago I was 4 wks preg hcg 25. Cpl days later dropped to 22 and started cramping and spotting. Told to expect m/c over weekend. Went back on mon up to 75. That mon had severe cramps and bleeding, passed large clots. Expected that was m/c. Went back wed went up to 93...wth? Still bleeding and cramping. (Been on bed test since initial weekend.) Went back fri u/s showed nothing not even sac or yolk. I figured m/c finally finished but up to 143. What is going on? Still bleeding and cramping, not as bad but what's happening? Still on bed rest and missing work with no pay! Need answers! Don't go back until 5 days to get numbers. Don't know what to expect. How long am I going to bleed for? Thought maybe twin loss but numbers barely rising and lost endo lining.

The dr was worrie about that and did two u/s to make sure and said she didn't see that or bleeding from that area.

Is it maybe ectopic?? If they didnt see anything inutero...did they check your tubes!?
