Drink coffee

Is it to drink one cup of coffee every day. I love my morning coffee.  Thank for your all support.

Ya I drank coeffe with all my kids while pregnant they were fine maybe soon think about 50/50 coeffe

My doc said I could drink up to a cup of caffeinated beverage a day.  Since I like coffee but love Dr. Pepper, the coffee went to the wall and I spent my caf allowance on Dr. P.

I drink 1 cup a day  still.

I wasnt a huge coffee drinker but with this one I have a cup every morning. I switched to half caf and it takes pretty good.

Im also a coffee drinker. My ob said best to limit to 2 cups a day!

I never stopped drinking coffee with all five pregnancies..at least two cups a day

The great big pregnancy book I've got from my doctor says its okay to consume caffeine but to keep it to a small amount like one cup of coffee or can of pop.

They say to avoid it in first trimester! But after that one or even two cups a day is fine.this is my fouth pregnancy and I drank coffee with all of them..no problem s:))
