HELP!!! Having cramps at 8 weeks!

I went to a conference an hour away. I went on Sunday, did a lot of walking Sun, Mon, and today and sit in hard chairs most of the day. I also didn't eat right.  Last night I had some mild cramping down low in my abdoment. Today on the way home across my hip line started aching and cramping and the cramping down low has started again.  The cramping even goes down into my vaginal area.

I had a miscarriage in October at 8 weeks and I'm 8 weeks now. I started bleeding on Friday and didn't start cramping until Sunday night during my miscarriage.  So I'm wondering if this is just from all the activity I've done or if it aounds like a miscarriage.

Please respond and please be honest. I'm really scared but need to know if anyone else has had this .
Thanks

I think a minimal amount of cramping is acceptable as long as it's not accompanied by any bleeding.  Take it easy and just watch for signs. Have you been to a first u/s yet to establish viability?  Try to relax :)
