Hcg not doubled in 24 hrs.

Second ivf, hcg on 15 days after ET 68, on 17th day it was 96 and progesterone level 50. At present 7th week, no any symptoms of pregnancy. During first IVF (missed at 10th week), there were all symptoms of pregnancy. Please help

Hi there and I'm sorry your going through a stressful time.  First thing to know is that hcg levels dont necessarily double every 48 hours.  Dr's like to see them rise 60% in 2 days, or double every 72 hours.  You were on track for that.  As for symptoms...that is just not an indicator of anything really.  Lot's of women have minimal or no symptoms throughout their pregnancy.  Given that this was IVF, I'm a bit surprised your Dr. hasn't done additional bloodwork, or, at 7 weeks, an ultrasound.  I would follow up with him/her and request an ultrasound.  All the best to you.
