How accurate are conceptions dates?

Hello Ladies , I've started really obsessing again with my situation. Here's complete details!
On October 15th or the 18th of 2013, i found out i was possibly 2 - 3 weeks pregnant, complete surprise to myself. September of 2013 i was completely in tune with my bf . Sept 7 was my birthday weekend and i was with him, we spent most of september together . At the end of sept which would have been the 30th again we spent the weekend together up until like october 2nd . no protection no birth control . In August 2013 i believe i seen my ex but i am not too sure if i did. I can't remember honestly its been too long . . My due date is june 25 2014 . (currently still pregnant) .
I am confident my bf is my daughters father but again i don't know how accurate the conception dates can be . I can't base it off my periods because they were irregular.
Opinions anyone?

You Probably were impregnated late September/ very early Oct, I'd say it's your bf baby

One or two weeks either prior or later. The early they do it the more accurate it is. If you had a dating scan very early it is most likely accurate.

If the ultrasound was done in the first trimester it should be very accurate.
