Maternity support belt

Anyone used one and find it to help?  Any recommendations on a brand?  I am 18 weeks with #3 and I am barely showing yet, but I have had pain issues that have been chalked up to muscle pain, but it's excruciating at times.  My ob told me that since this is my third it could be that the ligaments and muscles just need a little help supporting everything, and she said to try one out, it may help a lot.  Thanks to anyone who has any suggestions with them.

i wore a bump band thing outa new look for a while until i got big (until 5 months) as it was hot over the summer and bought the mother care support band in september/oct time and wore it since!! wld reckomend it!! very confy!!! x

Thank you.  I have read some reviews and am leaning towards the Babies R Us brand.  I have noticed itchiness is the most common complaint, followed by discomfort from rolling of the bands.  Some I have read didn't help at all.  I am trying to narrow down before I bring the kids on a shopping trip. =)

I used one and found it helpful, though a bit itchy and hot in the summer.  Don't remember the brand.  Check them out at Babies R Us.
