Miscarriage

On 1/1/2011 I was using the restroom, trying to do the #2. I didn't want to push and I didn't feel anything fall out of my vagina area, but when I looked in the commode there was something the color of my finger and it looked like a small tadpole. I have not bleed, just spotting and cramping. When I push on my belly it is not hard. Did I have a miscarriage?

No, don't worry about your belly right now. It's not going to get "hard" until your uterus moves up and that will be a while!  I think you will be fine. Is the spotting red?  Light spotting is okay in early pregnancy, but I don't believe there is cause for emergency. Can't wait for your appt tomorrow, good luck :)

I picked a new doctor and explained the situation and she told me to go to the emergency room. I just rather wait. I'm not cramping; still spotting with the tp, but not cramping. I don't know is your stomach suppose to be hard or is it just getting hard?

A miscarriage usually does not present like this.

If you are truly 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and miscarrying, you would initially present with bleeding, then would pass what looks like a large "blood clot."  The difference between a blood clot and the placenta/fetus is that a blood clot will just dissolve into blood if you squish it.  The placenta looks like a bloody membranous tissue, and the fetus would be fairly well formed by 7 weeks.  The entire placenta/fetus would measure about 4-6 cm.

So if you passed something that looked flesh colored the size of a tadpole, I doubt this is a miscarriage.  Good luck to you.

I'm 7wks 5 days according to the tracker. I still have very light spotting if any and I am not cramping at all today, but yesterday I was cramping. My next doc apt is not until 2-7. I'm just praying to GOD I didn't have another miscarriage.

How far along are you?  It does sound like miscarriage, but it can also be implantation bleeding.  Except Implantation bleeding does not involve cramping.  If you are sure of pregnancy, and are pretty far along, please contact your OBGYN immediately.  They should schedule a blood test and/or ultrasound to check.

Maybe. You best bet is to see a doctor to make sure. Take a test too, IF you're having one, it may still show up pregnant.
