PGD question

Hey! What do your docs say about PGD? I just got my genetic tests back and they are normal. So after 3 miscarriages, numerous recurrent miscarriage tests,  progesterone baby aspirin protocols, and after getting pregnant naturally, it seems like it comes down to a few bad eggs. I am not home so I have been corresponding  though vague emails, but my genetic counselor tells me he thinks it's best to keep trying a natural route instead of PGD with IVF, and I wonder why. It seems like many doctors try to steer women away even though it could work. Any thoughts?

Well my genetic tests and other blood tests came back normal, and everyone seems to think that because of my age my babies died due to bad eggs. Does this make me a good candidate? I guess after they study the embryos I'll then know. Maybe trying one cycle would be worth it?

PGD eliminates genetic abnormalities but you need really good quality embryos and not all embryos may survive PGD.  PGD also adds extra costs to an already expensive ivf cycle.  So, unless you lost a pregnancy to a genetic abnormality, it's best to try w/o pgd.
