Sleep meds

Hi all, I'm only 4wks along, but have always relied on Trazadone for sleep. I'm wary of being on any drugs, but am wondering if a Tylenol pm or similar pill would be safe. Any thoughts?

I would advise benadryl doctors say it is safe although its primary job is to dry up secretions so always make sure to increase your fluids after hope you sleep better do you have any body pillows those work wonders.. and I recently bought the new tide detergent that has sleep enhancers in the solution highly recommend that I sleep like a baby now so relaxing and soothing :D best of luck

I take Benadryl. It's been a life saver for me. My doctor said it's fine to take.

My dr prescribed trazadone to help me sleep during pregnancy. It is considered Class C, but if you really need sleep medication the benefits outweigh the risks. Talk to your prescribing dr before discontinuing use.

Unisom works for me, and it's on the "Safe meds to take when prego" list. Tylenol PM is also on that list. I don't know any natural solutions, I wish I did.
