THIS IS SO WEIRD. MY SYMPTOMS TOTALLY STOPPED.

I noticed that the closer I get to 37 years of age, the weirder my cycles get.  I am so, so known for having the worst PMS symptoms up to 7 days before my period and 1 to 2 days after it begins. I am 10dpo and have taken a test today....which of course is negative. I pretty much know that AF will come within a couple of days. But, weird thing is, all of my PMS symptoms are gone, and I haven't even gotten my period yet.  Its due to come on Friday, or most likely Saturday.  No sore boobs, which are usually horrible up until day 2, no cramping, no nothing.  All gone today.  This is weird.  I always, always have PMS symptoms (and horrible ones at that) up until day 2 of my cycle.  Well ladies, once again, this is just something else for me to go crazy about and just think think think about all day until I get answers right?  Although its a good thing, you know how we ladies are, we take notice to everything different! lol

I am 39 and started having some things like this happen a few years ago.  I still get all the usual PMS symptoms (only worse than ever, and they were always bad) but now they come a week before my period and then end a few days before.  Then, they come back about two days into my period.  I asked the doctor about it recently and he said it is just changes that women go through.  Every few years our bodies go through changes, sometimes unnoticeable and other times very noticeable.  The good news is that I am not in perimenopause (thankfully since all of my aunts and my mom started at my age!).  It is just nature.

So I'm not the only one!  I just turned 38, but for the last couple of months before AF comes, I've no symptomd except maybe a little irritation.  My boobs use to be so sore, extremely sore and sensitive, I would have cravings and of course irritability.  It was freaking me out and I was thinking something was off.  Last month before AF came I was feeling the boobs hoping they would hurt!  It's good to know bodies change for no apparent reason sometimes.

You sent them my way!  Lol.  I have never had any ovulation or PMS symptoms in my life.  Now I do.  Weird how our bodies change isn't it. Nothing to worry about though my dear. It isn't a sign of perimenopause or anything, just natural cycles our bodies go through. Unless your cycles start becoming irregular, just be happy you don't have to deal with that anymore :)  (you are welcome to them back though..hate this!  It's like pregnancy symptoms every month.  Yuck!)
