I use preseed. It may be a bit pricey but if you are only using it during fertile times then it isn't that bad. Plus, it has been proven to help conception along especially women that don't produce much CM which is ESSENTIAL to getting pregnant. If you don't have enough CM that is sperm friendly to counteract the acidity of the vagina, then you will be unknowingly killing sperm. Preseed reproduces this healthy CM and aids in conception.
I was just reading an article in the conceive magazine that said astroglide was tested and and does kill sperm even though it states it doesn't. they say that vaginal lubricants have a great potential of harming sperm. they really say we shouldnt use them if were trying to conceive .
Lubricants aren't sperm and inhibit the sperm's movement.
Preseed is suppose to be sperm friendly lubricant however, it's pricey....
try first for natural lubricant, i.e. more time for foreplay. If that doesn't work try warm water for lubrication. Last resort preseed.
Preseed is just what you're looking for. Go to www.preseed.com for more info. This is a sperm friendly lubricant that helps those little guys swim through your cervix sooner. It worked for me the second use. (Or at least I like to give it credit that it did : ) Good luck!
I heard that most lubricants are a no-no when ttc. Have you tried pre-seed? Supposed to be ttc friendly.
