can you pump before birth?

ok so I know alot of women get the colistrum that leaks before birth but I was curious can you get  a head start on packing away the milk by pumping or does you milk not  come til the babies are here?

yeah I was told that in another room glad I didn't try it yet....I for sure don't want PTL.......I want them in there at least another 6 weeks or more.

I don't think your "milk" per say will come in until the babies are here. At the hospital  asked what triggers the milk production because I was having a section and I wanted to know when  my body would know to make it. They said it was the removal of the placenta. Also, I don't think in your case I would pump because it could stimulate labor and you need your peanuts in there as long as possible.
