could i be pregnant or is this early menopause

What could be wrong On NOV. 1 i had a normal menstrual. then two week later i started having sore breast and light cramping as if af was coming again. On Nov 15 i started spotting pink then turned peachy then brown which lasted a few days. November 26 when i would have normally had my next menstrual i spotted one spot of pink. Then On Dec. 14 i started to spot again pink mucus cm then turned peachy and brown lasting only a few days. January 7 i started to spot again only when i wipe after using the restroom do i see the spotting. I Have taken pregnacy test that came back negative. I still have not had a regular period since November 1. My stomach is growing its usually so flat. In november my stomach would bloat out at night and be flat in the morning. Im starting to keep my bloated look. I can feel a bulge over my pubic bone it feels weird when you touch it firm but irritable when you push. If i dont eat i get sick and im dehydrated alot. Lips chapped my face has dry patches skin is very itchy. My lower back hurts at times. i feel tapping and bubbles. When i spotted on Jan. 7 i had a dull ache above my pubic bone. I feel what i think at times might be round ligament pain. My 18 year old teases me and tells me im pregnant with twins. I am Of age african american theres about 8 sets of twins on  my side of the family. Also some times i dont know if the spotting is associated with being dehydrated. i when i hydrate and put my feet up the spotting ceases. I'm not sure whats going on with my body my pg test came back negative what should i do. If im pregnant id be about 11 wks. since about 3 wks i have felt this bulge above my pelvic. Im not in any pain that would have me running to the dr. Could this be pre menopause i didnt feel this way when i was pregnant with my daughter. With her i had no clue til i was 15 wks i ad been ill for a few days thought i had the flu went to the doctor and they told me i was 15 wks. Im so confused.

I am having similar symptoms, except I am very overweight, so it is hard to tell if my stomach has grown or not.  

I was wondering, did you end up being pregnant?

If not, what was it?

to all i have went to the doctor all test negative pap and pelvic exam and blood and urine. hen doing my pelvic exam it was hard for him to reach my cervix. If i am pregnant id be about 18 weeks. They dont believe it's a fibroid tumor ovarian cyst endometriosis pcos, i doubt if it's IBS before my periods started to change i wasnt bloated i had a very flat stomach. I flush my colon and eat healthy. As of NOv. my periods have changed, It is now february  and 2 days ago i felt and my 18 yr. daughter felt the movement from the outside . it was very random thumps and u could feel from the outside. Pregnancy is not what i desire but if i am trying to accept it deal with it. i read about CRYPTIC PREGNANCY!!!! when a woman is in denial about pregnancy and the baby produces low or no hcg. protecting its self going off radar. This is why pregnancies go undetected. BUt way more in depth. READ ABOUT CRYPTIC PREGNANCY> tell me what u think. i feel in some way that i fit the category because of issues im dealing w it took me a long time to go the doctor though i feel thumping and movemement im still in denial. The movement is so real the thumps are very real. But i still don't feel connected to this baby if i am?

First of all I want the flat belly
Secondly, I hope you are as pregnant as you want to be.
Thirdly, There was a lady that knew she was pregnant. She took all type of test, even blood at the doctors. She kept telling her doc she was preg. So, finally she did an ultrasound and guess what she was 20 weeks with her tenth child. It can happen.

Sounds like an ovarian cyst.  I would see a dr to be sure.

did you do a pregnancy test?   That would be a start..

I agree with adgal - you need to see a doctor.

There are several conditions that present with your symptoms which range from  pregnancy to  IBS to cancer.  I am not suggesting that you have something as serious as cancer, but your symptoms should not be ignored and warrant medical investigation.  Typically, a HPT will detect pregnancy about 2 weeks after conception so sudden onset bloating along with unusual bleeding in the absence of a positive   pregnancy test is definitely reason to visit your dr asap.
