dilated with contractions
I am 38wks 5days and have dilated to 2cm. I have had contractions as constant as 8mins apart. My water has not broken nor have I lost my plug. I do have lots of lower pressure with some pain. Is there anything I can do to help my labor get going or do I just have to play the waiting game. I am getting miserable.
