habitual aborter

I was reading my on line medical chart and this is what I am labeled as. I know miscarriages fall under the abort category but it still made me feel sick to my stomach to be labeled like that. I have never had an abortion but have had many miscarriages. Do you think when my other dr's see that label they are going to think the wrong thing?

I live in a mixed mennonite community. There are 3 different levels of Mennonite where I live. There are the traditional Old order Mennonites that dress simple and live simple and have lots and lots of kids. One family I know she is my age and has over 11 kids.
Then there is the United Mennonites (which I am a part of) and we are way more up to date and with the times. We still are a bit on the conservative side, but dress normal and have normal jobs, etc. they still tend to have large families. I find it hard sometimes cause my husband and I are in our 40s and we are about to have our first child and everyone else has a litter of children and are already working on grand kids at our age. But we have fertility problems, that is why we are on our first. This is our miracle child.
And then there is the 3rd type the Brethern Mennonite. They are way more charismatic. They have drums, guitars, and clap hands, and dance.
I find it fascinating the life of the old order Mennonites live, but I love my modern convinces.

the show is very inacurate, but it is a nice layed back area to have a family. Not alot to do entertainment wise of course lol. The kids mostly have a skate rink, a small mall, and a drive in.

Many of our neighbors have children until they go thru the change. Its not uncommon for a family to have 16-18 children locally.

Its nice to have so many family oriented people within our community. Mosy are very friendly but in summer months can be a challenge if you have a pool or want to be outside in your swimsuit as its viewed as way too much skin to be shown for our neighbors taste. We are pretty much surrounded by farms and wood working type shops. My oldest sons enjoy helping in the gardens with our neighbors over summer as well and usally come home with a watermellon or cantalope once a week as a thank you for thier help. It really has helped the boys build a diecent view of work ethic allready. That silly show amish maffia has raised eyebrows locally, its filmed only an hour away, and as funny as it is to us to see since we have grown up here so many people ask about it and seem to think it has some basis in reality.

Wow that's pretty cool they have them in their fifties. I have always wondered what it would be like to live around Amish and kind of wish I could.

Thats horrible to label it as such! Just like calli women who are over 35 a elderly pregnancy. Elderly pregnancy would be if I were 70!.

I think it is a terrable way to lable something so heart breaking. I lost my first baby and it was considered in the same way and it still upsets me 10 years later. My ob Dr is wonderfull but I allways worry when others look at my chart they will have the wrong view of things as well. I think things must be further explained in someway thow being it has never been taken out of context.
