help! ways to induce labor without Castor oil?

I'm just over 39 weeks. My cervix is STILL closed. I've been taking short walks, having sex ,eating spicy food, and I just did 20 squats. Any other suggestions?

I've heard Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (capsule or drink) and Evening Primrose.

Not sure how effective but those were suggested.

If your taking a dha with your prenatal, stop it inhibits labor by prolonging cervical changes from being made.

Nipple stimulation(can be kinda painful as it cause your uterus to contract like breastfeeding would). ALOT of walking, bounce on a labor ball, eat lots of pineapple, have sex!

Using your breast pump if you have one and pumping. It can trick your body and start contractions.
