M 22 weeks second time mom.severe body itching on abdomen,thighs,arms especially in the night without rashes.doctor prescribed venusa max intensive moisturising lotion but still itching.can't sleep in the night.is it cholestasis or the normal symptoms of pregnancy.

I been itching during my whole pregnancy, I was using Cocoa Butter Palmer for itchy skin and it works a little, now then I'm 32 weeks the Dr allows my to take Zyrtec and it does help allows lot.

Your doctor will have to test you for cholestasis. It can be dangerous if left untreated (if that's what it ends up being).
