lower abdominal paid

Hello, I am 40 yrs old and I have been trying to conceive for 5 months. I ovulated this past Monday and today is Thursday. Early this morning I woke up with some lower abdominal pain that got quite painful. It only lasted about an hour and then just some very mild discomfort. It didn't really feel like a period cramp and it is too early for implantaion cramps. My breast are also very tender. Has anyone had this experience and been pregnant? Any advice besides wait and see?
Thanks

I know, I am just so worried about it never happening! I was hoping someone else had the same feeling!
Thanks

Sorry, best I can say is wait and see.  Symptoms are not a reliable way to determine pregnancy. Good luck.
