I am 12 weeks and I just used the bathroom and a clot of mucus just came out. Should I panic? No blood, no pains. I stood on my feet cooking yesterday for about 3 hrs and I know I over did it because everything was aching last night, but today I felt pretty normal up until this just happen

If it was a part of your mucus plug. Your body will regenerate it.. I only found that out this week. Our bodies are amazing

Discharge is normal during pregnancy. If there's blood then worry.
