I'm a pianist and have dealt with varying degrees of carpal tunnel for several years. I've found that arthritis compression wraps help. I wear them at night and have much less symptoms throughout the day. You cam buy some for $9 or $10 at a Wal-Mart,  if there's one near you.

Sleep with your hand in a fist under your pillow. It keeps your wrist in a neutral position which stops the numbness.

Sounds like carpel tunnel.  They have braces you can buy.  Some resolve with birth.  My started after I gave birth.  I ended up having surgery

I'm having the same thing. My doctor said its carpal tunnel and completely normal. She suggested a wrist/compression band.

I sleep with mines straight out. Try not to sleep on them. Also drink lots of water. Hope this helps. I also had carpal tunnel during pregnancy.
